Sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings can be hard. As your therapist, I'm here to listen and help guide you and your children through challenging times. I practice client-centered techniques such as narrative therapy, family systems, art therapy, storytelling approaches, sand-tray therapy and relationship enhancing parent/child activities. While adults talk, a child's language is play, their words are toys. I use puppets, art, sand-tray, games etc. to help them express their feelings. Every child deserves to be seen and heard. I also use sand tray and art with youth and adults to help them express emotions symbolically.
