I’m Sharah (she/her), a first‑generation Chinese‑Canadian clinician who loves listening, talking things through, and helping people find clarity. I support individuals, couples, veterans, refugees, teachers, first responders, and helping professionals with trauma, mental health challenges, addictions, family changes, caregiving, grief—including pet loss—ADHD, and cultural or intergenerational identity. I offer a restorative space for carers facing burnout, compassion fatigue, moral distress, and managing frustration around policy constraints.
