If you’ve spent years keeping the peace, putting others first, or trying to hold everything together, you are not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling drained, unseen, or unsure of who they are anymore. Together, we’ll create a safe space to build a compassionate understanding of self, connect to your centred inner voice, support you heal and begin to rebuild a sense of trust both in yourself and in your relationships. We will use a trauma-informed approach to support deeper & nourishing relationship to self and others. We will work to welcome back your voice and confidence to support a healthy step forward.
