Greetings, my name is Shanique Baynes, and I am a registered social worker, equity specialist, motivational speaker, dub poet, writer, and activist. I am currently providing individual and group counselling to women, children, families and teenagers. I believe that healing and wholeness is a journey and as such my approach will look at an individual’s lived experiences in the context of healing through an intersectional, critical, strengths based, culturally sensitive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive and trauma informed lens.
