More than ever, with all the traumas of the last couple of years, folks of all races, cultures, and ages are in need of a healthy, safe, and judgment-free space to process and heal. I’ve spent the last decade providing counseling services and I have a passion for diversity, equity, and advocacy for those who face systemic barriers to mental health. My therapeutic relationships are grounded in unconditional support and positive regard. In a world full of adversity and disenfranchisement, it is invaluable to see ourselves as resilient and capable.
