I work with both heterosexual and 2SLGBTQI+ individuals and couples navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Sessions are available in person or virtually through our downtown Toronto office near Cabbagetown. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, creating space for honesty, care, curiosity, and even a touch of humour along the way.
