Are you carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming stress? You don’t have to process it alone. Trauma can take many forms—childhood abuse, witnessing domestic violence, navigating family conflict, surviving war or accidents, or living through sudden loss—and its effects can echo long after the event. I support children, youth (12+), and adults in making sense of their experiences and building pathways to healing.My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in empathy. Together, we’ll work to rebuild a sense of safety, strengthen resilience, and help you move toward clarity and emotional balance.
