What you want is relief, clarity, and a way to feel more like yourself again. You’re here because something needs to change, even if you can’t yet put words to what that is. I work with individuals and couples who find themselves in that in-between space, when the life you’ve been living no longer fits, but the next chapter isn’t clear yet.
