For therapy clients: I work with people who feel that past difficulties/traumatic experiences continue to affect their lives today. We explore how and why the past impacts you, and create change for the future. Above all, I offer a safe, compassionate, and comfortable space where you can share your story and be heard. For supervision clients: I provide a calm, accepting, and thoughtful space for supervision. I enjoy exploring the clinical and ethical aspects of the work, as well as the ways this profession intersects with our personal lives. My aim is to support you in developing confidence, insight, and balance in your practice.
