Sometimes, feelings of stress or overwhelm may get in the way of moving towards the life we want. Or we may feel sad, stuck or unsure of how to move forward. Other times, relationships present difficult challenges. I work with adults looking for support in processing difficult experiences and emotions, navigating interpersonal relationships and gaining clarity in life goals. I work with clients who are coping with confusing feelings, dealing with life transitions, such as loss, separation, settling in Canada, leaving/changing work or facing an empty nest. Other clients are experiencing work-related difficulties or burnout.
