Sometimes one big thing finally tips the scale. Other times you can’t point to anything at all—just a quiet accumulation of work, relationships, responsibilities, patterns, or a version of yourself you’ve outgrown. My clients are often thoughtful, caring people who are carrying more than anyone realizes. They may feel stuck in familiar patterns, disconnected in their relationships, exhausted from always being the strong one, or quietly wondering if life is supposed to feel this hard. Therapy is where we slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and figure it out together.
