On the outside you hold everything together, but on the inside you feel overwhelmed. I work with high-functioning women who struggle with overthinking and stress, and who may be experiencing Anxiety or OCD. My approach is warm and collaborative, creating a space where you can slow things down, be real, and not have to hold it all together. Together, we’ll build practical tools while gently understanding what’s driving these patterns. As a mom of two young children and a corporate professional, I understand the pressure of balancing it all and want you to know that you don’t have to carry it alone.
