I offer a warm, compassionate, and client-centred approach to therapy, working with individuals, couples, families, children, and youth. I understand that life can present challenges that sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. The good news is—you don’t have to face it alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can share your story, feel heard, and begin the process of healing and transformation. My role is to walk alongside you as you work toward greater peace, self-awareness, resilience, and wholeness.
