You may be managing a lot on the outside while feeling quietly overwhelmed on the inside—caught in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, or emotional exhaustion that don’t seem to shift, even with insight or effort. Therapy can be a space to step out of survival mode, slow things down, and begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and complex life transitions, as well as concerns such as substance use/addictions, depression, relationship challenges, grief, infertility, and perinatal or postpartum experiences.
