I work with children, teens, families, and adults navigating trauma, stress, big life transitions, and health-related challenges. I believe healing happens through safe, supportive relationships—and that feeling seen, understood, and connected is where real change begins. Living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) has shaped both who I am and how I work as a therapist. I bring this lived experience, alongside my professional training, into sessions—especially when supporting children, teens, and caregivers navigating T1D. My goal is to help clients feel less alone, more understood and better resourced.
