Hi there! I'm Sanja, a somatic therapist. I offer individual and couples therapy. Are you struggling to make sense of inner experiences? We develop relationally adaptive responses that enable us to navigate tough situations. While they helped you cope, protective responses also hinder you from fully experiencing life and connecting with others. Although we possess the ability to be present, past difficulties keep parts of self anchored in and reliving the past, influencing emotions, thoughts, and bodily reactions. I see the therapeutic process as an opportunity to open space for change and offer a reparative experience.
