Welcome to Olive Tree Counselling and Psychotherapy! I believe the tree is a wonderful metaphor for helping clients understand how their current difficulties are often rooted in earlier experiences. Like the olive tree, I believe people are inherently resilient and capable of thriving in spite of the challenges they may face. Reaching out for help can be a daunting experience, but I can offer a safe and empathetic space for you to gain insight into and process past hurts, explore healthier ways to cope, live a more meaningful and authentic life, and learn how to communicate your needs and boundaries with others.
