With over 12 years of experience as a social worker, with a Master’s of Social Work Degree from the University of Toronto, I have had the privilege of walking alongside youth, adults, families, and communities through some of life’s most complex challenges. My work is grounded in a deep understanding that healing is not one-size fits all-its personal, layered, and absolutely possible. I specialize in mental health, addictions, purpose discovery, self-esteem, and recovery.
