I believe therapy should feel like a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I work with addiction and Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as clients navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults building self-understanding. I aim to help clients feel understood while building insight, emotional regulation, and healthier coping strategies, at a pace that feels right for each person.
