My name is Sabrina Fruci. I am a registered Social Worker, certified Emotionally Focused Couples therapist, and Daring Way Facilitator. My approach focuses on the mind/body/spirit connection. I have a special interest in relationships (specifically in healing from betrayal), trauma therapy, and individual's who long to live authentically. I am trained in Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Compassionate Inquiry. I also practice Somatic Therapy which teaches us to reconnect with our body, and our authentic selves. When we connect authentically, we release past trauma and can live a wholehearted, soul-aligning life.
