Finding ways to manage painful emotions, overwhelming anxiety, navigating difficult relationships and getting through life transitions is a struggle for each and everyone one of us. I feel privileged in supporting children, teens, adults and families through life challenges. I have 15+ years of experience supporting others. I specialize in anxiety, low self esteem, ADHD, learning difficulties, life transitions, attachment, emotional dysregulation, self-harming behaviours, somatization, and family/relationship conflict. I am known best for my warmth, compassion, and strong therapeutic skills.
