You're holding a lot. Maybe you're raising a child with a disability or neurodivergence while quietly running on empty. Maybe you're navigating the gap between the culture you grew up in and the life you're building now, and nobody around you quite understands the weight of that. You keep showing up for everyone else. Therapy is a place to finally show up for yourself. Drawing on over 10 years of non-profit and front-line experience, I work with caregivers, young adults, and people carrying the unique complexity of immigrant and multicultural identity; the code-switching, family obligations, and the feeling of never fully belonging.
