We will collaborate to identify goals and move towards more joy, connection, love, and fulfillment. We can also uncover natural resilience to move through the difficult parts of life. I have experience with a variety of issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship distress, treatment of emotional abuse, and climate emotions/grief.
