I'm glad you're here. Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges and alone. I support children (5+), teens, adults, couples, families, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health or neurodiversity-related needs. I work affirmatively with neurodivergent clients and members of the 2SLGBTQI+ community. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered, creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
