I am a trauma‑informed psychodynamic Registered Psychotherapist. I support people for whom emotions can feel frightening, overwhelming, or hard to identify and connect with. Together, we gently explore the emotions that formed in traumatizing situations, including the ways each traumatized part has an emotional life of its own. I also work with experiences of ontological shock—when a person’s worldview, sense of self, or understanding of reality has been turned upside down—so that new meaning, safety, and grounding can gradually emerge.
