I work with individuals 16+ who are navigating mental health, substance use, chronic suicide thoughts, or the unique pressures that come with weightlifting and bodybuilding culture. Maybe you're burnt out, struggling with your relationship to your body, or dealing with anxiety or depression that's been building for a while. Maybe life has shifted in a way you weren't prepared for and you're trying to find your footing again. Whatever brought you here, I'm not going to be rattled by it. Sessions are collaborative. You bring what's real. We figure out together the next step together.
