I have observed that the patients I care for struggle with the very things that make us human namely unhelpful thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and beliefs about themselves others and the world. These often lead to inner conflicts that rob us of the peace and contentment we desire. As a fellow traveler, I have found that most of us want to feel confident, fulfilled in our relationships, and lead purposeful lives while handling challenges with resiliency, courage and effectiveness. While this can seem elusive in an increasingly complex, accelerating world of personal and professional dislocation, a path forward exists.
