I delight in the uniqueness and complexity of each individual. Holding space for personal work, reflection and deepening of awareness is a gift and honor that I hold dear. I feel it's important to make room for the unfolding intentionality of each person through body mind heart and soul. I tend to support experiences around development, grief, queerness, sexuality and spirituality with great tenderness. I look forward to learning from the people who I meet in my practice as I adapt to how they experience being supported.
