WHY are my thoughts so scattered? WHY do I have trust issues? WHY I am unhappy? WHY do I allow others to treat me this way? WHY do I abuse drugs, food, or alcohol? WHY do I have trouble loving myself? WHY am I so afraid of being vulnerable?
