I have been working in the field of mental health for 39 years. I love working with people and assisting them with finding their true self. Whether you have challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, lacking motivation and feel like you are just surviving, working together on the same page, we develop a plan and work comfortably and safely towards your goals. I understand that life is challenging and sometimes to move forward we need to let go of what is holding us back. Letting go can be uneasy but with the trauma-informed skills that I deliver and teach, one can learn to be comfortable and safe with change.
