I am a compassionate social worker dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities, enhancing parent-child relationships, and addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, anger management, mental health crisis, grief and loss, and addiction. With a strong foundation with using evidence based counselling techniques, I employ a client-centered and strengths-based approach to facilitate meaningful change.
