I am accepting new clients! I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-criticism, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or struggling to understand the impact past experiences or trauma have had on their sense of self and relationships. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while we work together to better understand your experiences, process what’s been weighing on you, and create room for healing and growth.
