I provide therapy for children (8+ who can engage in talk-based therapy), pre-teens, teens, and women. Many clients come for support with anxiety or depression, often uncovering deeper attachment wounds and a disconnection from self. Together, we work toward healing, self-compassion, and healthier patterns of relating. I can provide faith-based counselling upon request. I also support clients navigating grief and loss, self-harm, eating disorders, ADHD, interpersonal challenges, and post-concussion symptoms. In addition, I offer specialized therapy for children and youth engaging in problematic sexual behaviour.
