Is it time? To seek support because your mood swings, racing mind, obsessive personality, or anger outbursts are simply out of control? Unfortunately, we do not - and will not - always have control of what comes our way. We DO, however, have the tools and power within us to learn to cope with the circumstances healthily or even regain control appropriately.
