I have found great purpose in working for over 20 years alongside people navigating mental health, substance use, crisis, trauma, shame, identity, and major life transitions. In both community and counselling settings, I have supported clients through moments of overwhelm, disconnection, uncertainty, and change. You may be feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to explain or even harder to break. Maybe you are carrying shame, questioning your choices, struggling in relationships, relying on compulsive behaviours to cope, or trying to understand parts of yourself that have not always felt safe to explore.
