Hello! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. I work with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety such as constant worry, racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, irritability, and feeling overwhelmed. I also support clients navigating depression, stress, relationship challenges, and grief and loss.
