My approach is guided by principles of integrity, non-judgement, collaboration, curiosity and compassion. I view my clients holistically and regard what they bring to therapy as subject to nuance. I have spent over 10 years doing community-based harm reduction work. I am well-versed in working with clients to build an atmosphere where they feel safe, equipped and empowered to address and overcome their unique challenges. I understand that such spaces can only be created by actively listening to, and applying feedback from my clients and adapting my practice accordingly.
