I am the founder of Nuummite Psychotherapy and I support people who appear steady on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost beneath life’s demands. My work is trauma-informed and evidence-based, integrating EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, Gestalt, and psychosomatic approaches to explore how unresolved trauma, grief, and relational patterns live in both the mind and body. I also incorporate spiritually grounded and holistic practices, including sound therapy and mind–body work, to support deeper nervous-system regulation and healing. I work with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens.
