I specialize in child and family therapy, parent coaching, and support for neurodivergent children and parents. My practice focuses on capacity building: strengthening children's understanding of themselves and building their confidence to do and feel, and equipping parents with the awareness and tools that support development, emotional regulation and daily doing and feeling. Working directly in your home, I use a blend of therapy, teaching, and childcare to help children feel more regulated and understood across the many spaces they move.
