Navigating a major life transition, managing relationships or living with a chronic illness can feel overwhelming and isolating. I support individuals and couples coping with these challenges as well as grief, anxiety, addiction and self-defeating behaviors or dynamics. My focus is to help clients understand their emotions, develop more adaptive ways of coping, untangle the patterns that keep them stuck, and regain a sense of balance in their lives and relationships. I offer my clients a supportive space where we examine and address patterns and defenses that may no longer serve them.
