I support people who are working hard to manage various struggles- with their mental or physical health, trauma, identity, difficulties with executive functioning, sensory processing issues, isolation or disconnection. Often, these struggles intersect with the things we do day-to-day, the roles we hold, and the relationships we are in. My goal is to create a space that fosters safety, connection, humour, self-understanding and care. I utilize a trauma-informed, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+-affirming approach to explore each person's unique nervous system, and develop collaborative strategies to support their unique journey.
