Do you feel like you are living in a world that wasn't built for you? Many people I work with experiences challenges related to anxiety, depression, and autism, that get in the way of living life the way they want. We can work together to better understand you, the challenges you face, and build tools to help you work with your brain, not against it. I believe in working in collaborative relationship, to help you connect to your strengths to find healing and connection with the self. As a certified music therapist, I can also incorporate music and creativity into our therapy sessions. No prior musical experience required!
