I know life can feel heavy and overwhelming at times. My goal is to offer a supportive space where we can slow things down, share the load, and work toward a calmer, more manageable path forward. I work with adult individuals and couples across diverse identities, including LGBTQ+ clients. My areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, infidelity, and relationship or communication concerns. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or feeling a more general sense of disconnection or heaviness, I’m here to help you feel supported, understood, and less alone.
