It can be hard to know where to start when looking for a therapist. I offer an honest, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore all that has happened in the past to consider where you want to go moving forward. Therapy is meant to offer a confidential outlet to explore all that you are, and all that you have been through. This exploration is done together, with unbiased support to move towards areas of growth. My clinical training in attachment-based approaches informs our sessions to help uncover patterns in your story, to help identify your strengths and cultivate the life you want.
