Areas of Focus: Relationship and communication problems, trauma and grief, ADHD, emotional awareness and regulation, anxiety, depression, overthinking, dissociation, self worth and self-esteem problems, attachment wounds, emotional/physical/sexual abuse. My counselling style is a combination of warm, caring, empathetic, supportive, direct and to the point, but also lighthearted and humorous. I strive to make sure our sessions are safe and comfortable, driven by co-collaborated goals that are broken down into measurable takeaways after each session that aid us in guiding the work we do and measure our progress.
