I am a two spirit, non binary, Red River Métis counsellor providing virtual counselling services to those in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. In my practice, I aim to provide services that are non-judgemental and centre your unique experiences and needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Strengths-based models, harm reduction, Expressive Arts Therapies, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I believe relationship building is key for effective counselling, and strive to foster relationships that feel safe, empowering, and affirming.
