My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in patterns of conflict, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm. Many struggle with communication, anxiety, anger, or long-standing relational patterns, including those often associated with personality disorders. What brings them in is a desire for something to feel different, more clarity, deeper connection, and a stronger sense of stability. I help by creating emotional safety first. Using EFT and integrative approaches, we slow things down, understand underlying emotions, and build healthier, more meaningful ways of relating so change becomes lasting.
