Helping people reach their full potential and finding the inherent strengths within them to build capability and resilience giving them the tools to tackle even the most pressing of issues. Practical and sustainable solutions is the bedrock of my practice. Working closely with my patient(s), together we build a picture of their lifestyle from which different choices can be made that will better serve their present and future goals. My style of delivery is geared toward the needs and goals of my patient(s) enabling them to bring about changes in their lives through their own decision making process.
