When the loss of meaning knocks on our door, anxiety and depression very often set in. We wish life's trials didn't exist: illness, job loss, the loss of a loved one or a pet, moving house, separation, etc. Unfortunately, this is impossible to avoid. However, we can learn to work through them and develop more positive therapeutic tools to manage the emotional pain caused by the incomprehensible.
