Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying trauma, grief, anxiety, or navigating major life transitions. You may feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself, even though you’re doing your best. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out—a place to feel understood and supported as you work toward meaningful change. I am a clinician who works with teens and adults experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transition stress, and emotional overwhelm. I also support parents who are feeling depleted or overwhelmed, including those parenting neurodivergent children.
